Internet Sensation and Creator of "Velocipedia"

This week, we have a very special guest from Bologna, Italy. Gianluca Gimini recently published a project on Behance that took the Internet by storm. It's called Velocipedia and it has been featured on Wired, Fast Company, and even hit the front page of Reddit.

In this episode, we talk about the origin of this project, as well as other cool product and graphic design project Gianluca is working on.

Notes From Gianluca

This is the stacking blog I mentioned

Here are the funny charts by Mitch Goldstein

My two mentors are Jacopo Piccione and Massimo Iosa Ghini (I work with both inside and outside university).
About Massimo you can find a lot on line, he's pretty famous here. If you think you would like to interview him I'll be happy to introduce him to you. I think he always has a lot of intelligent things to say.

And here are the names of the 4 Italian Gods of design I gave you:
Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni
Bruno Munari (mainly known for his desig books, such as Da cosa nasce cosa)
